In 2010, Tim transitioned into the Executive Pastor position to further fulfill his role in serving our church family.

“I look forward to continuing to see the D.R.E.A.M. unfold here at Oak Ridge. It is AMAZING to see how folks are loved and accepted by our church family when they walk through our doors.”

"I get to help people understand the joy that comes from making themselves completely available to God (Jeremiah 29:13), and experience the excitement of stepping out in faith, some for the very first time! I can't believe they actually pay me to do this!"

Bryan Lloyd

Auditorium & Recovery Pastor

Bryan was a businessman who went through a journey of addiction and recovery that led him to a relationship with Jesus that radically changed the trajectory of his life. Feeling a call to ministry he became the founding pastor of a multi-site church campus. Bryan’s ministry was substantially impacted by the DREAM conference and personal coaching with the Oak Ridge team.

After successfully leading his campus for five years, he felt a calling to a new chapter. In 2019, Bryan joined the Oak Ridge leadership team as their LIVE Venue & Recovery Ministries Pastor.

“I love the opportunity that God has given me at Oak Ridge to help people know Jesus and grow with each other relationally as the church. I have seen first hand how God can change peoples lives when they do life together and I love helping people experience that!”

Tim Dennis

Global Tech Pastor

God has taken Tim on a journey to figure out his calling. He entered the U.S. Navy right out of high school and later went on to work in various fields. Meanwhile, Tim felt God calling him to go into full time ministry.

Tim and his family began attending Oak Ridge in 2007. He began volunteering on the audio team and was soon asked to lead the tech team. He came on staff at Oak Ridge as the Facility Manager in 2011 but was gradually given technical responsibilities to oversee until he eventually transitioned into his role as the Global Tech Pastor.

Now in a role that matches his wiring, Tim has discovered his calling: to serve God by using technology to break down barriers for people so they can grow in their faith.

“I love showing people who don’t have technical backgrounds that they can excel in this ministry if they have a passion for it and a desire to learn.”
