Heather Wilson - SIGNAL Children's Director
I grew up in a Christian home with my 11 brothers and sisters.
I became a Christian at a young age at church. Life has been a journey of discovering who God is ever since. A lot of times I feel like I don't have an extreme rescue/conversion story - and then I think , hmmm...the God of the universe left heaven to come and rescue me....despite all my faults and failures. WOW! my story is extreme. Thank you Jesus!.

"I am leading the 4th and 5th grade ministry (SIGNAL) and am excited to see what God is going to do. It is great to look back over the last couple years of my journey and see God's hand directing my life - whether I knew it at the time or not. God is always in control ,and over and over again reminds me He loves me and wants the best for my life."

“God’s timing is exceptional!  He allowed years of diversity in the employment field to specifically train me for the precise moment I would be of service to Oak Ridge!  It is such a privilege to be able to apply my God given skills and talents to serve His family!”

"I’ve learned God’s plans for me are bigger than I could imagine. God alone knows why things both good and bad happen. It’s so awesome to see God’s plan revealed when you look back. It’s amazing to know I’m His little girl no matter what. I see myself becoming more of “a living Christian.” I can’t wait to see what else He has planned as I try to serve Him more."
