Online Service Times : 9:00am | 11:00am | 6:00pm

Due to the plethora of restrictions we’re currently facing, we believe that our church cannot realistically reopen at this time. We want to ensure that we will be able to offer the quality of experience and range of Family Ministries that we’ve come to be known for before we reopen. Therefore, we will gather ONLINE until Maryland’s Roadmap to Recovery moves us to a stage that allows our children’s ministry and hospitality to resume.

However, while we await a full reopening, we have decided to begin allowing a very limited Broadcast Audience to watch the filming of our online 9:00 A.M. service.
What’s a Broadcast Audience?
Think of it as attending a live taping of the Ellen or Live with Kelly and Ryan. The Broadcast Audience would get a special behind-the-scenes experience watching the live production of our online worship service.

Of course, it’s not the same as attending a normal service, but attendees will get to experience the LIVE worship and enjoy getting out of the house and back into our building.

We have sanitized and prepared the building in preparation for your attendance. Venue seating has been spaced to maintain safe distancing.

In order to facilitate a limited audience, Oak Ridge will use for ticketing.

Broadcast Audience attendees must register through Eventbrite and carefully read and comply with all instructions. Please, this is for everyone’s safety.

Seats are extremely limited and are on a first come, first serve basis. A maximum of 5 people per group.

Only one person per household should reserve tickets. Be careful not to double-book.

For attendee safety, and in order to comply with all of the Federal, State and Local guidelines, studio audience attendees will agree to abide by the following guidelines:
1. You must arrive 30 minutes early. You must be seated by 8:45. No late entry will be allowed.
2. You must properly wear your own facemask until you get to your seat and then if your comfortable, you can remove it while you are at your seat. Bring your own hand sanitizer if you need it.
3. Stay with your family and maintain 6 feet of physical distancing from other families.
4. Refrain from huddling with other families while inside.
5. No hugs or handshakes.
6. Deposit used tissues or other trash into provided trash cans do not leave them in the venue.

NOTE: Because this is a LIVE filming and since we are not able to provide children’s ministry at this time. only 4th grade and above may attend with their parents. Parents must ensure that their children stay with them and they are able to comply with all guidelines.

Who should NOT Attend a Broadcast Service?
· Anyone who fits the at-risk category with compromised immune system.
· Anyone who feels uncomfortable being around others.
· Anyone who doesn’t agree with the safety guidelines outlined above.

Before You Register

Be sure to ask the following questions on behalf of your entire group before saving seats for this weekend:
· Am I showing any flu-like symptoms?
· Have I had a fever of 100.4 or higher in the past 14 days?
· Have I had prolonged exposure to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19?
· Is there any medical reason why I believe I shouldn’t be around others?
. Am I able to properly wear a face mask for the entire time I am on campus?

All good?
