An Eastern Shore native, Angel met her husband, John, at Parkside High School, from which she is a 1979 graduate. Marrying in 1980 they traveled to England while John served in the Air Force. After 8 years away they arrived back on US soil and settled in Salisbury. God led John and Angel to Oak Ridge in September of 2000 with their now grown children, Kristi, Johnnie and Chad. Joining the ORBC staff in June of 2001, Angel brought with her 15 years of diverse administrative experience (and tons of Tigger paraphernalia). "God’s timing is exceptional! He allowed years of diversity in the employment field to specifically train me for the precise moment I would be of service to Oak Ridge!
